Refunds and Returns
Please read the following conditions carefully. If you decide to return an item, contact us promptly with the web form on the Contact Us page with the details of your claim - specify the order number, item(s) in question and reason for claim. No returns claim will be honored without prior contact.
- Shipping Costs: All costs of shipping items from us to you and from you to us are your responsibility, except if we send the wrong items. Shipping costs paid to us are non-refundable.
- Shipping Error: If you receive the wrong item or items are missing, please contact us immediately and we will send you the correct item and/or arrange carriage of the incorrect items back to us, at no extra charge to you. Incorrect items accidentally shipped to you remain property of Wifi Extreme.
- Shipping Damage: We do not cover damage to goods in transit, that is covered by shipping insurance should you choose to select a shipping option with insurance.
- 7 day refund (All items EXCEPT pigtails and cable assemblies): Items in working order may be returned to us for a refund for any reason within the first 7 days after the purchase date. The items must be sent back in original working condition including all original packaging, using an insured delivery service with insurance up to the amount of the items purchase price, accompanied by the original invoice. You are responsible for costs of shipping the item back to us, and will not be refunded the original shipping costs. If these conditions are met you will receive a full refund of the purchase price (minus the shipping costs.) Defective items are handled by the 30 Day Defective Item Return (see below) and items returned for a refund that are not in their original state will incur a 15% restocking fee. Purchases made by credit card will be refunded directly, other methods will be refunded by cheque.
- 30 Day Defective Item Return (All items - limitations on pigtails/cables): If an item is dead on arrival or develops a fault within 30 days due to manufacturing errors, it may be returned to us and we will, at our discretion, either send a replacement for the faulty item(s) or refund the purchase price (minus shipping costs.) Refunds will not be given for pigtails or cable assemblies, if there is no stock available immediately or arriving then credit will be given for the original purchase price (minus shipping costs.) Returns will only be accepted for faults due to manufacturing errors, we do not cover damage due to improper installation/operation, accidental breakage or operating the items outside of their designed specification.
- Warranty: After 30 days, any warranty claims must be made directly with the manufacturer if applicable.
All orders will be shipped only after the payment has been cleared. We will endeavour to ship as soon as possible after payment clearing.
We reserve the right to use an alternative shipping method that is equivalent to your nominated shipping method (at no extra cost to you.) Equivalent means that if you selected insurance, the alternative will have insurance or if you selected express, the alternative will be an express service.
We use two methods of shipping in Australia, Australia Post and Couriers Please. For small items, guaranteed next day delivery (within the Express Post network) or registered post, Australia Post is probably the best option. For bulkier orders, Couriers Please is much more cost effective and is available for orders up to 40kg. Both carriers have an insurance option, however insurance is not available with Express Post.

- A re-delivery arrangement may result in a re-delivery cost, charged at the discretion of the delivery courier/agent payable by recipient

We have a close relationship with Air-Stream Community Wireless, items may be picked up at Air-Stream meetings which are held on the last Wednesday of each month at 7:30pm at Parkside Primary School, Parkside SA. Anyone who has an interest in wireless technology is invited to the meeting, we ask that you only choose this option if you plan to come to the meeting. The "swap meet" happens after the meeting agenda is dealt with.
International OrdersOur automated checkout system will calculate an international shipping cost via Australia Post. If you prefer us to use a different carrier please Contact us for a quote. You will be responsible for any further charges incurred due to customs duties, taxes, clearance and brokerage in your home country.
