Wifi Extreme respects each individual's right to personal privacy. We will collect and use information through our Web site, email and phone only in the ways disclosed in this policy statement. This statement applies to information collected by Wifi Extreme by our Web site, email and phone.

Wifi Extreme collects personal information through our Web site by checkout forms, customer registration and question forms including name, phone numbers, address, email address, and special instructions. Shopping cart information is collected for the purpose of ordering products. The information is collected voluntarily and is considered confidential. This information will only be used for the purpose it is voluntarily intended for and will not be divulged to any party for any other reason unless required by law.

We collect and store data about your IP address, account creation date, last login time, number of logons, number of orders, last order date, previous orders and number of reviews written. This data is considered confidential and will only be used to make general improvements to our Web site and services. Your previous orders can be viewed by you by logging in and browsing to the "My Account" page.

We employ Cookies. A cookie is a small text file that our Web server places on your computer's storage device as a unique identifier. The identifier identifies your Web browser to our Web Server for each page visit, so that your shopping cart contents can be displayed persistently. Our cookies do not contain any personally identifiable information, the shopping cart information is stored on our server.

The information we collect during checkout is stored in our Member Database linked to a customer account created for you. This is for the purpose of giving you a login and password to save time in future purchases, as well as for the "My Account" page for you to manage your personal information. Shopping Cart information is stored on our server as your "Permanent Cart" after you log off for the purpose of allowing you to return and check out at a later date. Information may be collected by email and phone, to be used only for the purpose it is voluntarily intended for, but this information will not be stored in the Member Database unless we are explicitly asked to do so.

Information collected or stored will primarily be used to fulfill the intended purposes it was volunteered for. This includes but is not limited to addressing packages for delivery, sending newsletters to email addresses, informing you of product recalls or errors. Billing information is passed to the Paypal checkout page during credit card checkout for the purpose of expediating your checkout.

In the case of fraud or other illegal activity we may pass your information on to victims, financial institutions and police.

No credit card information is stored on our servers. Billing information is either entered directly by you or passed automatically by our checkout to the Paypal checkout page using secure data encryption. Credit card information is only entered by you directly into the Paypal checkout gateway and is not stored permanently on any server unless you click "Save my information with Paypal." Credit card and billing information is sent directly from your browser through the Paypal gateway using 128 bit SSL encryption, no personally identifiable information passes through the Wifi Extreme Web server during the credit card payment phase. Paypal have their own Privacy Policy.

The Member Database is stored on an internal database server that is not directly connected to the internet and is firewalled.

You may access and change your personal information by logging in and browsing to the "My Account" page. You may contact us at any time to ask what other information we are storing about you, what it is used for and to correct any inaccuracies.
