When you click "confirm your order" on the step 3 of the checkout process, you place an order with Wifi Extreme for the products listed in your shopping cart.
Once your order is received, Wifi Extreme reserves the right to accept or reject the order, even if payment has already been made. If payment has already been made and an order is rejected, the payment will be refunded in full.
The stock quantity listing on the website is only intended as a guide, and does not guarantee stock availability at the time your order is received. If stock happens to be unavailable at the time we receive your order, you will have the option to cancel the order or proceed with the order and we will reserve the items for you and ship them as soon as they become available. An item listed as $0.00 means the price is TBA, it does not mean the item is free.
At Wifi Extreme we strive to offer the fairest shipping costs. We do not practise gouging in our shipping quotes. We offer a range of shipping methods, each with their own merits - whether you want express, coverage or cost efficiency. All shipping costs include a handling charge of about $2-$3 for small to medium orders, depending on the size and method of shipping. For shipping charges over $40, the handling charge will be less than 10% of the total shipping cost. If you believe that your shipping quote is excessive or our Web site made an error in calculation, please contact us for an itemisation of your shipping quote.
Payment can be made by direct bank deposit, credit card, Paypal, cheque/money order or cash on pickup. Pickup is only once a month at Air-Stream meetings. International payments are by Paypal only. All payments are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
For direct deposit, cheque or money order payments you will receive either bank account details or a postal address in the final stage of the checkout to deposit or send the full amount shown on your invoice. You must still click "confirm your order" to place the order. The invoice will also be emailed to you with instructions. Use the order number as the refernce/info for direct deposit. Cheques/money orders are payable to Wifi Extreme.
Credit card and Paypal orders are processed instantly through Paypal, after you click "confirm your order." Paypal charges your credit card on our behalf, for the amount shown on your invoice, then deposits the money in our account. The payment will appear on your credit card statement as PAYPAL *WIFIEXTREME*. To pay with credit card click just click "Continue" on the payment page as shown below (NO LOGIN REQUIRED.) If you have a Paypal account, whether previously or if you "saved your information" with Paypal last time you shopped here then enter your account login details instead and click "Log In." You do NOT need a Paypal account to pay by credit card, we choose to use the Paypal gateway since we have dealt with them for online payments for a number of years because a) NO extra fees are paid by the buyer, what is shown on your invoice is what is charged to your card; b) Your credit card information is not shown to us at any stage, it goes straight from your input to your browser over an SSL encrypted session to the Paypal payment gateway, used by millions of people every day; c) Credit card information is not stored by Paypal, unless you choose to create a Paypal account (not required) by clicking the optional "Save my information with Paypal"; d) The option of saving your card information with Paypal will expediate your future orders with us. Whether you choose a one time credit card payment or save your information with Paypal, your credit card details are never revealed to us, or anyone else, by Paypal.
Wifi Extreme will only ship your order once it has been accepted by us and payment has been cleared. The items will be shipped by your nominated shipping method, usually on the next available postal/courier cycle after payment is cleared, but this is not guaranteed. We do not cover damage to goods in transit, if you require peace of mind please select one of our insured shipping options. Your nominated shipping method may not always be available, we will sometimes use an alternative equivalent shipping method. See our shipping info for more information. If we happen to ship the wrong item, or items are missing, there will be no charge to you in our correcting of our mistake. If you receive the wrong item(s), the item(s) remain property of Wifi Extreme and we will organise a courier to pick them up from you.
All shipping costs associated with returns and refunds are borne by you. Returns will only be honored after you have contacted us. To contact us regarding a return or refund use the contact us web form and select "Returns claim" from the "Send Email to" dropdown menu. Specify the order number, item(s) in question and reason for claim. Pigtails and cable assemblies are non-refundable under any circumstance.
30 day defective item returnIf you receive a defective item or it develops a fault within 30 days of purchase, it may be returned to us and we will, at our discretion, either send a replacement for the faulty item(s) or refund the purchase price (minus shipping costs.) Refunds will not be given for pigtails or cable assemblies, if there is no stock available immediately or arriving then credit will be given for the original purchase price (minus shipping costs.) Returns will only be accepted for faults due to manufacturing errors, we do not cover damage due to improper installation/operation, accidental breakage or operating the items outside of their designed specification.
7 day refund (does not apply to pigtails and cable assemblies)If an item (except pigtails and cable assemblies) is NOT DEFECTIVE but you still want a refund, you may do so within 7 days of the purchase date. You must first contact us with the web form as discussed above, and you are responsible for all shipping costs. You are free to choose a carrier, but the shipment MUST be insured and the item must be packaged in its original saleable state as it arrived to you. If the item is not packaged in its original state, you will incur a 15% restocking fee. If all these conditions are met, you will be refunded the full price of the items (shipping charges are not refunded.)
